The Human Being and the Organization: Two Dimensions of Transformation

What must transform first — the organization or the human being leading it? Daaji and Dr. Ichak Adizes bring together two complementary perspectives: transforming the systems in which people work, and transforming the inner condition from which they lead. The dialogue includes a short meditation experience.

AI, Human Agency and the Future of Leadership

As artificial intelligence becomes more capable, leaders face a deeper question than how to adopt the technology: what should we delegate to machines, what must remain distinctly human, and how must organizations themselves be redesigned? This dialogue brings together technology, organizational and public-policy perspectives on AI, judgment, agency and responsible adoption.

12:30–12:45 PM
