First and foremost, a TopLeaF Session is a dynamic and enjoyable event. Great care is taken to ensure that each three-hour session is informative, exciting, and inspiring. An Adizes Certified Moderator begins by introducing a brief videotaped lecture covering a selected topic from the TopLeaF Curriculum. Then, in a guided discussion, the ideas presented in the lecture are explored by the entire 15 to 20 person group.

Collectively, participants develop a keen understanding of key management concepts and their applicability to particular situations. Conducted in an atmosphere of strong mutual support, the discussions become an avenue for individual group members to craft innovative and effective solutions to the problems they currently face and share their experiences with others.

Between sessions, TopLeaF participants continue their learning and discussions utilizing an online learning management portal. This helps to reinforce the learning that takes place during each session and to strengthen the ties between participants. Online features include:

  • An online group forum where issues can be explored
  • Self assessment tools
  • Testing
  • Homework assignments
  • Adizes digital books access
  • TopLeaF e-Newsletter
  • Registration & attendance records
  • Calendar of Sessions
