Adizes offers a range of services to help selected organizations accelerate their rate of change and achieve sustainable exceptional performance without destructive conflict.

Corporate Membership is a comprehensive, all-inclusive program where everything we are competent to provide is included, with no additional per-hour or project charges, or charges for expenses.

In delivering Corporate Membership services, we forge a relationship with our clients much like the one that exists between Olympic athletes and their trainers. We give them the complete support they need in order to become world champions. We refer to companies that are selected for this program as “members,” to reflect the comprehensive nature of our relationship.

The primary goal of our Corporate Membership Program is to cost-effectively provide Adizes services and bring the company to the Prime position on its Lifecycle, where it will enjoy high growth and high profitability. For a fixed annual fee, plus bonuses for the achievement of agreed-upon business goals, members receive all the services that Adizes is capable of and competent to deliver.

We select only those companies for membership that we have absolute confidence will become leaders of their industry. We are careful to whom we offer this service, since we rely on achieving extraordinary results in order to receive performance-based bonuses for our remuneration.
