| Adizes programs are presented by Certified Adizes Associates, all of whom have completed a rigorous multi-year training program. Adizes Associates typically have substantial prior experience as senior executives, are from varied cultural backgrounds, and many speak multiple languages.
The Adizes Institute provides Associates with comprehensive training and certification in the Adizes Methodology. The training focuses on practical applications of the methodology. After passing written exams on many different area of concentration, trainees pursue field internships.
Upon successful completion of the internship and a final oral exam, Associates receive an Adizes Certification and are invited to join the Association of Certified Adizes Practitioners International (ACAPI). Certifications are valid for three years, after which recertification requires continuing education and additional field experience.
Each Adizes Associate is assigned one of the ranks below, based on their proficiency, experience and seniority in working with the Adizes Methodology.
