The Adizes Management Style Indicator (MSI) provides quantifiable and actionable information about the management styles of individuals and teams. Using an extensive, yet easy-to-complete questionnaire, the MSI determines three key components: management style as it CURRENTLY IS, as the individual thinks it SHOULD BE, and as the individual WANTS IT TO BE. The three components are then compared to identify areas for improvement. Similar analysis can be performed for teams of any size.
