The Ideal Executive and Why You Cannot Be One
October 28, 2015 – 9:00am PT
Speaker: Shoham Adizes
One of the basic premises of the Adizes Methodology is that the perfect leader does not and cannot exist. All of the books and textbooks that teach us to be perfect managers, leaders or executives are based on the erroneous assumption that such a goal is possible. In this webinar, Shoham will outline an alternative approach to management that is based on a realistic understanding of what we can expect from each other and how we can overcome our relative weakness and still manage at the highest levels.
In this popular video, Dr. Adizes discusses the formula of success for any individual, whether it be in your company, personal life or in your family. Don’t miss your opportunity to watch it.
