On April 17th, over 400 managers from all over Ukraine convened to watch Dr. Ichak Adizes conduct his much-anticipated Master Class, “Change and Its Repercussions for Leadership.” The event was initiated and organized by the International Management Institute, MIM-Kyiv.
Ukraine is currently undergoing rapid and disruptive changes; the country critically needs theoretical strategy and a practical toolkit to help it emerge successful from this rough period. Thus, the Adizes Methodology and the topics of change management, team building, and leading organizations through different stages of their lifecycles, were of captivating interest to participants.

In March, Adizes partnered with the Israel chapter of YPO to hold a three-day Executive Education Seminar. The event, in which Dr. Adizes and Dr. Nir Ben Lavi presented on the topic, “Adizes Strategic Organizational Transformation,” was thought provoking and generated great excitement among YPO members and their senior management teams from over 20 companies. Dr. Nir Ben Lavi, who serves as the vice-education officer at YPO Israel, as well as the Managing Director of Adizes Mediterranean, was principal to making this event happen. Attendee feedback was very positive and the Adizes Institute is looking into conducting similar events with other YPO chapters in the near future.

In the First Gabala International Management Conference, Dr. Adizes lectured on change management and accountability. Adizes Associates, Stas Krause, Dr. Nir Ben Lavi, and Kjetil Sandermoen, also spoke on various key topics. The event had over 200 attendees – among them were shareholders and top-management of various companies comprising Gilan Holding, one of the largest holdings in Azerbaijan. The audience reacted with enthusiasm and attendees were thrilled to meet Dr. Adizes as they lined up to sign books afterwards.
