Good leadership is the one thing every organization must have in order to be successful. The Adizes TopLeaF Program is a unique and powerful leadership development tool. In addition to dramatically improving the leadership skills of top executive and managers, it gives organizations a way to effectively and affordably develop the teams of future leaders necessary for continued success.
The TopLeaF Program is delivered in a group setting, throughout a total of 12, three-hour sessions held either once or twice a month. Online forums and additional resources augment the live sessions, providing follow-up and reinforcement of the concepts presented in the curriculum.
Each TopLeaF group consists of 15 to 20 top managers or executives who may come from the same or different company or industry. The sessions are moderated by an Adizes Certified Facilitator, who guides participants through a dynamic, interactive learning experience that will enrich their professional and personal lives.
