Good leadership is the one thing every organization must have in order to be successful. The Adizes TopLeaF™ Program is a unique and powerful leadership development tool. In addition to dramatically improving the leadership skills of top executives and managers, it gives organizations a way to effectively and affordably develop the teams of future leaders necessary for continued success.
The TopLeaF™ program is delivered in a group setting, throughout a total of 12, three-hour sessions held either once or twice a month. Online forums and additional resources augment the live sessions, providing follow-up and reinforcement of the concepts presented in the curriculum.
Each TopLeaF™ group consists of 15 to 20 top managers or executives who may come from the same or different company or industry. The sessions are moderated by an Adizes Certified TopLeaF™ Moderator, who guides participants through a dynamic, interactive learning experience that will enrich their professional and personal lives.
