| After completion of initial phase training in a particular Adizes Phase, students take an exam in that phase. Those passing the exam are said to be qualified in that phase. In order to be certified in a phase, Qualified Associates must participate under the supervision of a Certified Adizes Associate in three interventions pertaining to that phase. They must also pass an oral exam in front of their peers at an annual Adizes Convention. |
