Richard Azera
Richard Azera holds a Masters in Engineering from a French Grande Ecole, and an MBA from UCLA.
During a successful career as an entrepreneur/manager, he created several companies, grew them, and sold them to large corporations. Mr. Azera has been involved in many mergers, acquisitions, and sales of companies. He is currently an independent management consultant and sits on numerous boards of directors. |

Gareth Chang is the Chairman and Managing Partner of GC3 & Associates International LLC, a private investment and consulting company. He has over 30 years experience in developing high-tech businesses in the U.S. and internationally. Mr. Chang is currently founding Chairman of D5 Studio and Alpha Media, which produces 3D animation, TV dramas and feature films for international markets. He has held senior executive positions with News Corporation, Hughes (Aircraft) Electronics Corporation, DirecTV International, and McDonnell Douglas. |

Mr. Valdesuso is a Principal Adizes Associate with extensive international experience in information technology, organizational structure and business strategy for a variety of companies in banking, insurance and service industries. He has worked with Adizes since 1975, and in addition, has been the President of SCI, a software and consulting firm, and President of Teledata, an information services company, both in Brazil.
