Over the years, Adizes has been privileged to work with many leading executives. Many of these outstanding individuals now sit on our Advisory Board. Each Advisory Board member has at least 20 years experience as a CEO or senior executive. They have either held or currently hold CEO positions in leading world-class organizations.

Jan Carlzon
Former President and CEO of Scandinavian Airline System Chairman and Partner of Ledstiernan AB, a leading Nordic Seed and venture capital organization; Partner of R&B, RETAIL AND BRANDS; Author of best seller "Moments of Truth".

Patty DeDominic
Capitalizing on over two decades of successful experiences as an entrepreneur and Board member, Patty currently operates a specialized business-consulting group called DeDominic & Associates (www.dedominic.com) where professional services, such as coaching, are offered to enterprise builders and other high achievers.

Patty was named Chief Executive Officer of the Year by the LA Business Journal and has received over 20 distinguished awards including: being named “one of America’s finest employers”; The Bank One Top Customer Service Award; The Artemis Award presented in Greece; and, The President’s Award from Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) presented in Washington, DC. She was inducted into the Women’s Hall of Fame over ten years ago.

Philip Friedman
Presently CEO and President of McAlister’s Corporation, a Mississippi based quick-casual restaurant chain with 128 restaurants in 17 states. Prior to joining McAlister’s he served as Chairman of the Board of Rosti Restaurants, Panda Management Company and is a Director of Eateries, Inc. He has held executive positions with Marriott Corporation, Pepsi Co’s Pizza Hut Division.

Harvey Fuchs
Harvey Fuchs is the Head of Global Credit Products for GWM Risk Management. In this role, Harvey is responsible for managing the Special Assets and Restructuring Group, Smith Barney and PB Margin Product Lending, Global Commercial and Residential Real Estate Products and the formulation of GWM Loan Loss Reserve quarterly calculation. In addition, Harvey and his team act as a resourceto the Global Wealth Management in credit matters and approvers of credit product programs.

Emmanuel Gil
Former President and CEO of the Elbit Group, a leading Israeli high-tech consortium. In 1996 he created a strategic demerger, creating three separate and independent publicly traded companies in the fields of defense, medical systems, and communications. Currently CEO of Gilbridge.

Goran Malm
Director of Assignments in Korea with Samsung Electronics, in Hong Kong with CVC Capital Partners and Eastern Pacific Circuits, in Singapore with Keppel T&T, Source-By-Net and Celestin and in Sweden with Micronic Laser Systems. He is chairman of Boathouse Lydian investor based firm in Cayman Island .He served as President and Senior Vice President of Dell Computer Corp, Asia Pacific and managed the region with 3 billion sales revenue. He held positions as Senior V.P. of General Electric and President of General Electric Asia-Pacific and CEO of GE medical Systems.

Vlastimir Matejic
Former Executive Vice President of ICN Pharmaceuticals; Federal Minister for Science, Technology and Development; Currently Director of the International Postgraduate School in Management at United Nations University, European Center of Peace and Development, Belgrade.

Steve Miller
Former CEO of Shell Oil Co., USA; Chairman and President of SLM Discovery Ventures Inc., a company pursuing commercial ventures in support of volunteerism, social outreach, and higher education academic achievement. Chairman of Momentum Bio Ventures Inc., Texas.

Mitchell B. Modell
CEO of Modell’s Sporting Goods, America’s oldest and largest family-owned sporting goods company headquartered in Manhattan. Chairman of the N.Y. Sports Commission. Serves on the NYC 2012 Olympic Committee.

Giandomenico Picco
CEO of GDP Associates Inc. New York; Former CEO for International Affairs of the Montedison Group; Personal Representative of The United Nations Secretary General; Member of the UN Secretariat Policy Working Group on the UN and Terrorism; Author of “Man Without a Gun” and co author of “Crossing the Divide”.

Slobodan Prohaska
Director of Philip Wilson Publishers, London. He held positions as Chairman and CEO of the SP Group, Executive Director and member of the board of the Federal Bank of the Middle East and Chairman of Deloitte & Touché, Yugoslavia. He served as Chairman of Aeroflot Leasing and as the Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia and the Deputy Chairman of Genex Corporation and International Trading Company, a $7billion company.

Zhao Rui
Dean of Continuing Education, Graduate School at Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in Beijing, China.
Mr. Rui serves as Vice Director of MMPA Education Center and Management Department and has served as Professor of the Graduate School at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. In 1990 he was a lecturer at Lanzhou University. He has served in the capacity of translator to Chinese of several books written by Dr. Adizes.

Peter Schutz
Former CEO of Porsche A.G. Currently operates his own company, Harris and Schutz Inc.; Lecturer and Author of “Driving Force”.

Paulo Villares
Served as Chairman of the Board of Industries Villares S/A and GEVISA, a joint venture between Villares and GE, and IVIX, a joint venture between Villares and IBM; Currently Chairman of the Boards of the Corporative Governance Institute IBGC Brazil, and Latin American Corporative Governance Institute. Member of the Permanent Business Committee for Foreign Affairs, Brazil.

Dr. David N.K. Wang
Dr. Wang is executive vice president and general manager of the Applied Global Service group of Applied Materials, Inc. He is chairman of Applied Asia Pacific, Inc. He was a member of the Office of the President and the Global Executive Committee. He has led a number of key strategic initiatives and was responsible for driving the development of Applied Materials’ global operations in Asia Pacific and establishing wholly-owned subsidiaries in Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, and the People’s Republic of China. He established the Worldwide Business Operations organizations which implemented the Company’s global account management structure. He is recognized as an honored technology innovator and has been awarded more than 100 patents.

James Zukin
