The strategic questions of competition were lighted up by the author of «managerial vitamins» and «Corporate Lifecycles» concepts – Dr. Ichak Adizes.
Pavlo Sheremeta, dean of KMBS, opened the conference and made the speech on «How to win a war for talent?».
The organizers of this event were two leading companies in organizational consulting and business education: Key Decisions Consulting Company (Minsk) and IPM Business School (Minsk).
They have managed to gather owners and top-managers of the best enterprises from Byelorussia, Ukraine, Russia, and other European countries to discuss important management issues. The results of research «State of Byelorussian business: success factors of Byelorussian champions» were as well presented at the conference.
