SANTA BARBARA - KOTOR, SISTER CITY INITIATIVE COMMITTEE
As an outcome of Dr. Adizes’ Seminar for Leadership, Santa Barbara County Alumni
Dr. Adizes’ seminar “The Secrets of Success for Any Organization” was held on November 8, 2007 in the Santa Barbara City Library.
The Adizes Institute would like to express its gratitude to the hard work of Judi Weisbart and Arlene Stepputat for the excellent organization of this seminar. “The Secrets of Success for Any Organization” that was held on November 8, 2007 in the Santa Barbara City Library has successfully introduced the LSBC graduates to the Adizes Methodology and brought them closer to the activities of the Adizes Institute.
One of the purposes of the lecture was to present to the participants Dr. Adizes’ initiative about forming a sister city association between the city of Santa Barbara, California and the city of Kotor in Montenegro.
As a result of this seminar, the Santa Barbara - Kotor Sister City Initiative Committee gained nine new members. All new members of the committee together with the current members were invited to attend the Second Meeting of the Santa Barbara - Kotor Sister City Initiative Committee that was held on December 3, 2007.
The Conclusions of Santa Barbara - Kotor Sister City Initiative Committee meeting will be presented to the Santa Barbara Sister City Board in January 2008.
