ADIZES SEMINAR IN SIBERIA!
Novosibirsk, Russia
October 9- 13, 2007

Novosibirsk is Russia's third largest city, after Moscow and Saint Petersburg, and the administrative center of Novosibirsk Oblast. It is also the largest city in Siberia and the administrative center of the Siberian Federal District, in the southwest of which it is located.

Dr. Ichak Adizes traveled to Siberia on the invitation of the host, the business school “B2you”, in Novosibirsk, Russia. The project was organized by the local consulting center “Training & Consulting”.

The topic of Dr. Adizes’s seminar was: "How To Handle Mismanagement Crisis". The participants of the seminar were several groups of local top managers/business owners. Participants were owners and top managers of leading companies of Novosibirsk, Kemerovo, Barnaul, Tumen, and also Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Adizes Institute expresses its gratitude to Ms. Zhanna Perkova, the manager of the project, and to Ms. Anastasia Vitkovskaya, who arrived from Moscow to Novosibirsk just to supervise the organization of this event.

Dr. Adizes had several interviews and did book signings during his stay in Novosibirsk. Click here to see the photo album from this event.

The seminar was centered around the Adizes methology that is based on the fundametal law that states that organizations, as living creatures, go through different stages of their life cycle and demonstrate repeating behavioral models of growth and development. At each new stage, each organization faces a unique set of challenges and problems. Success of the company depends on the ability of its leaders to manage a healthy move from one stage to another. Besides this the participants had unique opportunities to learn about new works and ideas of Dr. Adizes. The seminar was illustrated by bright and recognizable pictures from the life of leaders, unique formulas of successful leadership and metaphors that allow us to see an organization as a living creature. The methodology of Adizes is unique in its practical application, regardless of country, mentality and political situation.

Participants’ comments:
”We learned that changes and crises, problems and opportunities are 2 sides of the same coin”
”Provokes one to analyze matters”
”Hundreds of insights, not only on business”
”Made me see the situation in the company from a new angle”
