ADIZES TRAINING IN PHASE IV, MISSION
As regularly scheduled, the training in phase IV, Mission will take place from December 17 to December 19, 2007 in the training facilities of the Adizes Institute.
Zvonko Kuzmanovski, the Director of Training and Certification at the Adizes Institute will be the trainer.
We will have participants in this training from USA, Russia, and Mexico.
The standard format, with all improvements done within the last several years will be used during this training. The teaching support material will include web-based interactive learning platform, and hard copies of the manuals. In addition, a lot of social activities intended to increase the level of integration are planned for this training.

I've been teching and preaching the 'Less is more' principle (as very important during negotiations, sales process, delegation etc.) for the last 3 years. But I really understood and felt this principles during the training delivered by Mr. Kuzmanovski. I've got some very important lecturer skills in that training: how to structure the lecture (for different type of audiences, for instance), how to organize the space (room, flipchart, projector etc.), how to use words, and, more important, how to use the silence.
