Changes in Adizes Institute Conceptual Foundations Training
The Adizes Conceptual Foundations (Phase Zero) is geared to provide an overview of the Adizes management philosophy. Study and certification in this area is a first and a pre-requisite step for anyone wishing to work in the field of deploying the Adizes methodology in various settings.
The Office of Professional Training and Certification announces changes in the process and the content of the certification for Phase Zero. Starting from January 1, 2008, in order to become certified in Phase Zero, one must attend a 9-day training session in Carpinteria, CA. The training will cover the following areas:
- Management Roles and Styles, Managing Change, Corporate Lifecycles, Structure and Strategy (6 days)
- Spiral Dynamics (3 days)
As a prerequsite for attending this training, the participants must read all books written by Dr. Ichak Adizes.
At the end of the training, the attendees will take three written exams in Adizes Conceptual Foundations and one exam in Spiral Dynamics. Achieving a high passing grade in these exams is required for further work with the Adizes Institute or any of its licensed offices.
The price for attending this training is the same for all tier-countries which is $5,000.

The Lecturer Programs: Roles and Styles, Implementation of Decisions, Lifecycles - are symbolically priced at $1,500 for all countries.
