Great Success of the “Key Steps Towards Prime!” Lecture

 

 

There were over 350 participants in the one-day “Key Steps Towards Prime” lecture that was delivered by Dr. Adizes, founder of the Adizes Institute, and Nebojsa Caric and Boris Vukic, Adizes SEE associates. The day with Adizes was held on July 6th, 2007 in the city of Novi Beograd, in the “Petrol” business center.

The first presenter was Nebojsa Caric who presented the basic principles of the organizational theory and gave a description of a company in Prime.

The next presenter was Boris Vukic who described the look of a company on its way to reaching Prime as well as its post-Prime condition, by giving a lot of examples from the Adizes practice. He described the different stages of the company’s life cycle by stressing the importance of the appropriate mission and the structure in each of these phases.

Dr. Ichak Adizes started the afternoon session with the description of the basic elements of the organizational mission. Dr. Adizes presented the proper way of how to build an organizational mission that would provide a competitive advantage for a company in the market. During the last session, Dr. Adizes spoke about the abnormalities that may occur during the preparation of the organizational structure and gave advice on how to bypass the situations where the organizational structure becomes a burden for the company’s progress.

The long applause that followed each presentation verified the good selection of the topics and presenters which the office of Adizes South East Europe, as a host, had made in organizing the “ Key Steps Towards Prime” – day!
