Album and Reflections of the ADIZES CONVENTION 2007

The office of Adizes SEE was the host of this year’s Adizes 29th International Convention.
The Adizes International Convention 2007 was held in Palic from June, 31st – July 7th, 2007.

The Adizes Convention’s professional program gathered together Adizes representatives plus important clients from all continents. There were around 100 participants from 20 countries.

During the Convention, the Adizes associates and clients attended many different sessions. The new, actual and important topics were delivered by first class presenters. The new trends in Spiral Dynamics were presented by Mr. Darrell Gooden, a guest from the USA. The President of the Sao Paolo Chamber of Commerce presented the positive outcome and benefits of their practical use of the Adizes Methodology. The study on the parallel analysis of Kepner Trego and Adizes Methodology was presented by Zvezdan Horvat. Vesna Zendelska Lijakovska spoke about the possibilities of implementing some parts of the well known management Balanced Scorecards Model to the Adizes 11-phase Program. The other popular topics that attract a lot of attention were: How to build and use the business net; Therapy of the Family Businesses; Managing the Future; Knowledge Management; Empyrean analysis of the organizational Life-cycles, and presentation of the Selection Candidates software.

In addition to the three professional tracks, the Convention participants enjoyed the natural beauties of Palic Lake and its surroundings.

The representative hotel “Elite” where the Adizes Convention took place is close to Lake Palic, which is situated 8 km from Subotica, near the town of Palic, and is one of the most beautiful lakes in that region. Palic became a tourist spot in 1845 when it established itself as a well-known spa and a (mondain) resort. It has always been a place of inexplicable easy relaxation, quick refreshment, and a place made for enjoyment. Its beauty, charm, refinement, everlasting freshness, fine manners therefore guaranteed a good time to all the participants to the Adizes Convention.

The entire coast of the Lake with its very attractive walking paths, bicycle riding and coach driving paths allowed the members of the Adizes associates’ families and the rest of the Adizes’ guests to really enjoy their stay there.  They enjoyed relaxed walking, swimming, coach driving and riding bicycles through the beautiful baroque park. “Cook for us “, the cooking action that took place on Majkin Salas, Palic, the excursion to Subotica and Novi Sad city centers, the visits to Ludos Lake and the Palic Zoo and the traditional wine tasting tours were the most interesting ones for the participants.

During the Post Convention days in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, the Adizes guests enjoyed a tour to the Temple of St. Sava, Fort-Kalemegdan, White Court and a riverboat lunch.
The impressive Gala birthday party dinner was organized for every member of the numerous Adizes family who’s birthday ends with 0 in 2007. The party was held at Skadarlia national restaurant. The celebration was enriched with excellent wine selection, local culinary specialties and live ethnic music.

The Convention ended up with the ceremony granting certificates and recognition.

Twenty one certificates to the Adizes Associates who had successfully completed the Adizes phases I, II, III, and IV. Sunil Dovedy was recognized as “Adizes Associate of the Year”. The company MPC from Belgrade, Serbia received the “Pursuit of Prime” award. Europroduct, the company from Odessa, Ukraine received the “Organization of the Year” award.
