Adizes IBPP Training

 

 

The Adizes Institute organizes training in so called “In-Between-Phase-and-Phase” (IBPP). This training is a continuation of the training in Phase V (Structure) of the Adizes program. Dr. Ichak Adizes will be the trainer and the training will take place from August 15 to August 17, 2007 in the training facilities of the Adizes Institute in Carpinteria, California.

During the training, a myriad of prescriptions will be given for how to handle different management styles in the areas of behavior, communication, decision making, decision implementation, team building, managing staff, and managing change.

Dr. Adizes will share with the participants his rich experience in dealing with different managerial styles, from different hierarchical levels, from different industries, and from different cultures.

This training will give additional knowledge to the experienced participating Adizes Associates, which should be used in personal coaching with our client companies.
