Dr. Adizes' lecture at the Graduate School of Management, Saint Petersburg State University

 

On April 26, 2007 the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg hosted at their facility Dr. Adizes’ lecture “How Organizations Grow and Age And What To Do About It”.
Dr. Adizes’ lecture was the next one within the series of guest lectures at GSOM with the world-known gurus in the field of management. The lecture was dedicated to the life cycles of organizations and its management functions. How leadership addresses the problems and makes the changes needed to have functional structure. Dr. Adizes shared with participants his experience and vision of management styles and how companies are able to survive in competitive world.
 
The lecture was attended by MBA, Executive MBA and Ph.D. students as well as GSOM faculty members and the school’s alumni.
