Master Class on Adizes Methodology for Israeli Defense College

Dr. Ichak Adizes held a three-day master class on the Adizes Methodology of Management to the students and graduates of the Israeli National Defense College.

 

The National Defense College is the highest institution of learning for the Israeli military and civil service. This institution is attended by those to be promoted to rank of general or director general of a ministry.

 

The National Defense College's major objective is to develop excellence and professional skills in its students, who are designated to occupy senior positions in the IDF and the governmental establishment, positions in which they are called to make decisions on the strategic level.
