Adizes Training in Mission, Structure, and Strategy

Adizes Institute Facilites, Carpinteria, Santa Barbara County, California, February 13-24, 2007

The Adizes Institute provides comprehensive training and certification programs in the proprietary Adizes Methodology. Access to this training and certification is limited to employees of organizations who are licensed to use the Adizes methodology. The Adizes training features a rigorous course of study which focuses on practical application and a written exam for each area of concentration so that all trainees have the knowledge and confidence to apply their new learning back on the job.

Trainees who successfully complete the written exams are classified as “qualified” to pursue the field internship portions of the training. Upon successful completion of the field internship, which includes an oral exam, they receive an Adizes Certification for each phase. Those certified to work exclusively within the licensed company are called In-Company Adizes Certified Change Leaders. They receive the same training as Associates and are allowed to work with any company.
