Dr. Alan Goldhamer, author of "The Pleasure Trap: Mastering the Hidden Force That Undermines Health & Happiness" and Director of Facility for TrueNorth Health, will present his best practices for Personal Rejuvenation.

Dr. Don Beck, author of "Spiral Dynamics: Mastering Values, Leadership and Change" and Founder of Spiral Dynamics integral, will provide an update on how this methodology is being used to solve today's complex societal problems.

Nicolas J. Frangos, Managing Partner and Founder of Global Equities of South Africa and member of the Adizes network for over 30 years, will discuss how Adizes was used to overcome Apartheid.

Juan Jose Errejon Alfaro and Mauricio Martinez Camarena, Managing Directors of Tierra Y Armonia, one of the most respected real estate development companies in Mexico, will receive the Company of the Year Award. They will also  present on how Tierra Y Armonia is using the Adizes methodology to facilitate a structural and cultural organizational transformation within their organization.

Luiz Carlos Zambaldi, Director of Technology for Banco SAFRA, one of Brazils’ largest private sector financial institutions, will receive the Pursuit of Prime Award on behalf of the Banco SAFRA Information Technology Department.  He will also present on how working with the Adizes methodology and completing all 11 phases of the Adizes program, has affected the organization and its ability to consistently perform at the highest possible levels.

Dr. Amir Kfir, who has been working with the Adizes methodology as an Adizes Associate since 1989, will receive the Associate of the Year Award in recognition of his long-term commitment, loyalty, cooperation and contributions to the principles of Adizes theory and practice. He will make a presentation on how he has been using Adizes concepts within organizations and YPO peace forums around the world.

Dr. Ichak Adizes, in his Founders Session, will present his latest illuminations from his personal and professional journey over the past 12 months and he will introduce his newest books "How to Manage in Times of Crisis" and “Sources of Knowledge- My Story”

CEO Panel: CEO's from past and current Adizes clients will discuss applying the Adizes principles for solving complex managerial problems. This is typically one of the most interesting sessions at the convention as it provides a clients point of view on how the Adizes methodology works and how it feels to have it implemented within your organization

CEO Forum: CEO’s will have an opportunity to present Dr. Adizes with a list of the 10 greatest challenges facing their organization.  Dr. Adizes will choose one or two of the companies and perform an on the spot organizational analysis and consultation. This is one of the highlights of the convention as participants are given an opportunity to see Adizes in Action.

Antoni Pesev, former minister of city planning, construction, traffic and ecology of Macedonia will present on how Adizes is being applied to overcome the challenges of Macedonia.

Vujica Lazovic, Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro will present on the conditions in Montenegro using Adizes tools.

Sunil Dovedy will provide a look beyond the Adizes and Spiral Dynamics maps and examine "Deep Change Principles" based on his doctoral work at the Adizes Graduate School and his decade-long professional and personal experience at the Adizes Institute.
