Adizes Professionals are trained in various applications of the Adizes methodology. Below you can find a list of different levels of qualifications and certifications. The list below is divided into two groups: Those that are trained and Certified to lead organizational transformation, Change Leaders, and those, that are trained and qualified to provide management training on the Basic Conceptual foundations of the Adizes Methodology, Management Development Leaders.

Certified Adizes Symbergetic™ Consultants
Certified Adizes Symbergetic Consultants™ are trained and certified to deliver Adizes change management services in specific areas for which they have been certified as manifested by their rank/title: Associate, Senior Associate, Principal Associate and Senior Principal Associate. Associates are able to both provide training in Adizes, as well as knowledgeably apply the methodology for organizational transformation, in relevant and meaningful ways that reflect the best practices of Adizes as developed and continuously updated since 1977. All Certified Adizes Symbergetic Consultants™ are subject to the ethical codes of the Association of Certified Adizes Practitioners International, (ACAPI)

Licensed Adizes In-Company Change Leaders
Licensed Adizes In-Company Change Leaders are trained and Licensed to diagnose problems and integrate problem solving teams only within the organizations they work in. Licensed In-Company Change Leaders are subject to the ethical codes of the Association of Licensed Adizes Practitioners International, (ACAPI)

Licensed Adizes In-Company Integrators
Licensed Adizes In-Company Integrators are trained and certified to use the Adizes methodology to integrate collaborative problem solving teams, to solve functional problems, only within their licensed organization. Licensed In-Company Change Leaders are subject to the ethical codes of the Association of Certified Adizes Practitioners International, (ACAPI).

Licensed Adizes Affiliates
Licensed Adizes Affiliates are trained and certified in different phases of the Adizes program for organizational transformation. Affiliates are independent contractors not subject to the supervision and quality control of a Certified Adizes Professional Director but do have access to proprietary manuals and trainings and are subject to the ethical codes of the Association of Certified Adizes Practitioners International, (ACAPI)

Adizes TopLeaF Moderators
TopLeaF Moderators are to organize and facilitate peer learning groups who, by watching Adizes TopLeaF videos on the basic conceptual foundations of the Adizes methodology, jointly discover the best way to apply the learned concepts. TopLeaF Moderators are neither trained nor certified to consult and are not subject to the ethical codes of the Association of Certified Adizes Practitioners International, (ACAPI)

Adizes Instructors
